We have a free delivery service for UK customers for any order over £50.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a small family run business which means we are a small team! While we try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, our free delivery service for stock items can take up to 7 days for delivery, and sometimes longer during busy periods.
If you need your item quickly, please select our Express Delivery Service for expedited service, which will generally be shipped on a next day service. Next day service within the UK must be placed before 2pm BST

What are your shipping options?

As a first time customer you can sign up to our newsletter to receive a 10% discount. We also offer VIP perks to our loyal customers and seasonal discounts, so look out for those or reach out and ask our customer service reps for more info!

Where can I get a discount?

You can pre-order many of our out of stock items. Many of our items are available for pre-order and generally take 10-15 days to reach you. Our delivery times are generally shown when you hover over the pre-order button on any product you may wish to purchase. If you are not seeing a delivery time, don't hesitate to reach out to us!

When are you expecting a restock?

We measure our individual sheepskins on the HIDE SIDE and not on the fur side. This means our sheepskins often come up larger than expected.
Standard convention for measuring sheepskin hides is to measure the length diagonally from top to bottom at the longest point, and the width at the widest point at the centre of the skin.

How do I pick the right size?

As soon as we receive and verify the product is in good condition, unwashed and unused, we will process your refund. The refund process may take 5-7 working days to complete.
